  FACTORS LIMIT PARTICIPANTS AND COACHES IN SPORTS

 

Nowadays many people like sports regardless of age and of gender. One of the famous sports nowadays is football. There are many advantages for us to do sports besides being able to keep the body healthy and fiil free time such as being able to make sports a career like being a player and also coaches whose salary is also quite good such as Cristiano Ronaldo as the richest football player in the world but lately there have been factors in sports that limit participants and coaches in their sports. Now I want to discuss about that in my essay.

The first factor is inequality of coaches on sports. It is because the head coaches of any sports have unprecedented power over their athletes such as the athlete must  follow what is told in all matters by the coach because he is more powerful and if athlete does not follow the instructions given may be thrown out by the team even if the matter is incorrect and also the athlete cannot give a personal opinion to the coach even if it is very good to make the team is successful. This is because most club owners leave all matters to the management and only want to make a profit. When the occurrence of such things is highly probable during selections of players and athlete coaches display bias by choosing favorites bias and personal issue. It is not a professional coach when the thing happen. Some sports receive more funding than others sports to giving the coaches an unfair advantage.

 

Secondly, the inequality in pay is also a factor in the lack of participants in sports. This happen because College and professional sports continue to provide unequal funding for women even though  it is actually the same sport between men and women. Besides that players salary far exceeds the salary of any coach. In 2009, the average salary for basketball player was 5.84 million.  An average baseball player made 3.26 million. A hockey player 2.4 million and football players made an average 770000 per week. Here we can see the significant difference in salaries between sports.

 

 Lastly ,social inequality of minorities. It is because in europe racial abuse from fans is normal thing. Michael Jordan is the only black majority owner in four major professional sports. On average white coaches receive higher salaries compared to the salary of African american people because there they look down on African american people even if they are more powerful skills than white coaches.

    In our conclusion there are many issue in sports today. Each of these inequalities are being handled in by creating new rules .The government must be responsible in sports to limit social inequalities.

 

 

 

THE BEST SPORT FACILITIES

 

 

There are some incredibly impressive venues in profesional sports. Ranging across a variety of professional sports,let’s take a look at what the world has offer. With so many beautiful sights in store, journey with me through the athletic universe. In the world, there are many the best sport facilities but I choose the best stadium to share with you all.

The absolutely mind blowing which I choose is Wembley Stadium. The stadium is a football stadium in Wembley,London.It opened in 2007 on the site of the original Wembley Stadium, which was demolished from 2002 to 2003.I choose the stadium because  it prioritize social equality for audience to see the match between others stadium which does not prioritize social inequality for audience. I said that because the stadium has roof structure for avoid  people to see match exposure to rain. The maximum capacity is 90000 seats it is so comfortable for audience to see the match and suitable to bring family to the stadium. It is the largest stadium in the United Kingdom and the second largest stadium in Europe. The record attendance for football match when Cardiff city vs Portsmouth, 17 May 2008 and England national football team was tenant when 2007-present.

 The special thing about a stadium is it use surface desso grassmaster. The surface is hybrid grass sports playing field surface composed of natural grass combined with artifical fibres. It is a high quality artifical grass carpet with competitive price. If apitch is not as good as using cow grass it make social equality for player because when the surface grass not good it will affect the match but when the grass is good it wiil give comfort to them for training and they wiil give a higher perfomance when it match.

Besides that, the special about the stadium is nearby public transport  and the stadium described as a “public transport destination for which parking available on a very limited basis. Alleviatethe impact of verhicular transport on local resident and business, the government have introduced a number of measures in relation to on street parking and rto access restrictions of roads that surround the stadium.The stadium is connected to two london underground stations,onsite parking,and bus. It will give social equality for other people to go to the stadium because they give many way to go there which mean public transports and it also make a country less air pollution.

   The conclusion is we must support the best facilities on the world and the government must concerned about facilities in Malaysia for social inequality nonexistent for everyone does not matter player, coaches and audience.
